Green Tea-Take 1full Glass of water add green leaves and boil for few minutes then filter and drink it 2-3 times a day.
Honey and Lime juice-Add 2 tsp o0f lime water and add it in 1 glass of water mixed with 1 tsp honey. Drink it routinely in early morning daily.
Apple Cider Vinegar-Take 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar daily at bed time
